On tap at The Lark, it had gorgeous IPA looks, cloudy gold color with a huge 2 finger white head; smells like a Belgian with Brett, lemon zest, coriander, orange peel, orange juice, grapefruit and graham cracker. Crisp, refreshing and full of citrus, this is refreshing and easy to drink. Very enjoyable overall, I’d definitely have it again.

The appearance was a glossy burnt red/ pink color. Thin white foamy head quickly dissipates. No lacing. The smell has some tart to sour raspberry. Semi-sweet. Subtle sour brett underneath. The flavor takes in the sour with the tart, and then the sweet. Mainly raspberry, quite authentic.Real raspberry-sour-ish semi-sweetness rides on inon the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Overall, sour"brett"- like character prevails.I would have this again.

Pint glass at local tavern; doesn't capture nose well, but the prominent aroma is certainly fresh hops.

Nice creamy looking head, retention is good

Color is hazy muted orange/dark yellow.

Feel is nice full carbonation but small bubbles. Well balanced level of carbonation, but the feel overall is nothing special. A little thin.

A little watery, but also fresh tasting. Some alcohol shines through the hops. Good level of bitterness. A little weak in flavor for what I expect from a NE IPA, but what flavor that is there is good. Not a citrus bomb, but a little malt prescience, dominated by fresh hops, though. Enjoyable, but nothing special.

First had "Bretthead" at Zero Gravity's Pine Street Brewery, Burlington, Vmt., on sample-size draft into snifter as part of $8 Flight of 4. The brewery promoted this beer as dry, hoppy and funky. Yes.

Had on tap at Doc Ponds, really hazy golden honey color with a thin white head.

Somewhat leafy and hoppy on the aroma, but definitely getting the Brett, too. Flavor has a maltiness to it, but never too much, big Brett funk flavors all around. Hops are pretty light and you get some bitterness and resin from them, touch of citrus.

The Brett is on display here, it's nice beer but not as hoppy as a classic IPA. Good beer!

Tap at Oxbow.

Nice fizzy creamy foamy head fades slowly with great lacing, murky milk shake orange.

Nose nice funky Brett, bright farmhouse Brett and juicy citrus hops, tropical citrus orange cream tangerine, zest, nice blend.

Taste brings more funk, nice farmhouse Brett funk, nice bitterness, citrus juicy tangerine, orange cream, bitter rind, grapefruit pith, tangy. Finish dry bitter orange peel and orange cream, tangerine, pith, touch Brett funk lingering.

Mouth is med bod, nice carb, touch creamy.

Overall pretty nice blend of Brett funk farmhouse and juicy citrus orange tangerine.
