Don't really remember this beer. Got 2 from this brewery so may have come from Amazing Beer Club as they give you 2 from each brewery. Probably had about 2 years ago.

Drinking 4 months after package date. Extremely smooth and not acridly bitter. It has amazing flavor with above average hop aroma. Flavor/Aromas of floral peach and acidic lemon dominate with a grassy background.
Slightly hazy, full of chunky hop sediment... I like it, but it can be offputting for others.
The head brewer definitely knows how to use hops and nail the water profile. For the American IIPA (Vermont) style, any improvements would be with yeast/malt selection/usage. Overall, as an IPA homebrewer, I am impressed.

On tap at Vermont Tap House. This was poured into a flared tulip. The appearance was a dark burnt orange color, almost muddy. Bar pour’s kind of slim white head quickly dissipates. Some messy lace. The aroma takes on some sweet peach, some subtle grassiness. Bitter lemon rind, subtle juiciness. The flavor yields to the pressures of the bitterness, still subtle sweet hops and malts do a justice of blending nicely. Fully balanced bittersweet aftertaste flowing into the finish, but that’s fairly bitter, and dry. On the palate, this one say about a light to medium on the body. Nicely carbonated. And a great amount of bitterness subjugating my tongue into submission. Overall, this was a very good DIPA that I would have again.
