Poured into an English pint glass, the appearance was a pale malty burnt orange color with a fair finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Mild lace. The aroma had some malty smooth toffee/caramel tones overcoating some grassy and earthy hops. Slight touch of toast. The flavor leaned to the malty crisp quality and carried in the earthy and grassy hops. Just a touch of spice. Lenient spicy to earthy and malty aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good smoothness allows the spice to sit way back. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Overall, pretty nice English pale ale that I would have again.

On tap at American Flatbread. Clear golden body. Smells of bready malts. Mild English hops. Tastes more aggressively hopped up front. Spicy and earthy hops. Bready malts, but still light. Nice bitterness. Medium light. Very English and very good
