The holy grail of German Lagers. This beer is malty and crisp--we make ours traditionally: with all German ingredients and lagered (aged at cold temperatures).

Poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearnance was a nice looking golden yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Not much lace, somewhat sliding.
The aroma had some rich semi-sweet malts, light toast, and a light earthy to grassy hop contour at the end.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the prior mentioned aromas. Light aftertaste of the malts.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt spot on. Smooth malty and slightly lager yeasty sort of finish.
Overall, pretty nice as a Munich Helles Lager. It's one that I'd have again.

Poured at american flatbread into a pilsner glass.

Pours a clear light golden color with a thin white head. Nose is light and malty but not too much going on here.

Wow, nice and toasty and light. Very smooth and drinkable. Has a light almost wheaty taste with a very dry finish as well. Great beer!

S - Sweet malt with some hops.
T - Malty sweetness but is balanced by the hops. Very tasty beer.
M/F - Smooth - great carbonation. A little creamy.
D - Once I finished my first I wanted another but decided to try something else that I haven't had yet.

Served in a weizen glass.

Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly leaving minimal lacing. Wheat and lemony hops dominate the aroma and the flavor, with some fresh grass and tart green apple mixed in. Light body and medium high carbonation creates a very clean, crisp mouthfeel. Flavors are very clean and balanced leading to high drinkability.
This beer tastes like the Helles I drank in Munich.

Flatbread- Munich Helles

Appearance- Light yellow with a thick frothy white head.
Smell- Sweet, lemony hay/ straw.
Taste- Again sweet lemon zest blended with hay/ straw/ wheat.
Mouthfeel- Light and crisp. An easy drinker.

Overall- I drank this down easily. Nice light summer beer. Might not be the beer to drink in the winter but it'll wash down your pizza easily.

Served a light amber with a small bright white headskie. Nice and smooth with a mello, yet charming flavor. Malty sweet, yet not sweet. Hops are just there in enough umph to balance the malt bill and nothing more. So the mouthfeel is easy and the drinkability is High. A very nice easy going beer worth checking out.
