Had a pint with my pizza at the brewpub. It was a great beer to wash down great pizza. It's a fine example of the style, it's only missing piece is the earthy mineral undertone you find in the very best koslchs. Still, there"s a lovely light, toasty barley character with a touch of light fruit. The finish is dry and crisp, I wish I'd have had time for a second.

Pint Poured into a kolsch glass.

Taste is really sharp and crisp. It's got a really light wheatiness and crisp hop fnish.

Taste us realu nice, lots if eheat with a smooth wheat flavor. Againsome light hops but it's a really nice beer. For the style it's really smooth and easy to drink

"Koln-inspired German style golden ale."
Poured into a pint glass.

Pours a cloudy, light golden color with no head with lots of little bubble rising to the top. Citrusy aromas, mostly orange with some malt and grass mixed in. Bitter hops up front leading to a sweet malty middle with crisp orange and bubblegum flavors, finishing lemony dry with a caramel aftertaste. With a medium body & medium carbonation, this is a smooth drinking ale, clean and crisp.

Color: pale yellow color with one finger head

Aroma: Light and sweet. Bready.

Taste: Smooth and sweet upfront. Malty. Mildly dry. Some hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Dry and malty with the described hop bitterness.

Drinkability: Very drinkable. Underrated/overlooked style.
