Served in a tulip glass at the brewpub.
Pours a clear light amber color with orange hues and a 1/2 finger off white head that dissipates quickly with light spotty lacing. Aromas of fruity yeast, lemon, toasted malt and floral. Sweet honey and biscuity flavors with a lemon hoppy finish. Medium high carbonation, medium body, this is a mouth cleansing beer with a dry finish. Sweet but not to sweet.
