On tap at Colter Bay in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like herbal and citrusy funk, lemon, lime, grassy bitterness, and some white wine.
This has a surprising complexity for something that I assume was kettle soured. It's got a clean acidity, with a lemon/lime fruity funk, some grassy and piney hop bitterness, a touch of wine, and other general citrus flavors.
This is light bodied, clean, with a pleasant and manageable acidity.
Zero Gravity will always make my personal list of most underrated breweries.
