The color of the brew is a lightly hued faint amber and one of the more translucent beers you'll encounter. There's an over-enthusiastic carbonation here, which contributes to a starchy foamy stark white topping, here in a clear glass Imperial pint mug. Eventually, the pint can is completely emptied into the vessel. It smells hoppier, in a citrusy manner, than most lagers. Also, unlike most lagers, this is completely devoid of any malty aroma. The body is thin, but the hop bite is solid, even more than expected. It also transitions from citrusy to sharply piney during the finish. For some hop lovers, that will be enough. Anyone expecting a little malt taste balance and body will find this unacceptably lacking. The foam eventually becomes an enduring head, but there's virtually no glass lacing. A nice dose of hopping here just isn't enough to overcome its shortcomings.

Very tasty and refreshing lager from Zero Gravity, one of my favorite non-local breweries. While I really love Green State lager, Lady Bird is very good too. Pours slightly cloudy orange, not the usual for a lager. Smell citrusy, which I guess makes sense for a dry-hopped lager. Taste is crisp like a lager but the back end has that citrus bitterness. Nice aftertaste. Very enjoyable overall. Great summer beer.

Poured from a 16 oz can; born on 3/31/22. Pours murky yellow with plenty of carbonation and white foam present. Bitter, dry hops coupled with distinctive lager taste makes this very appealing and refreshing. Great beer; seek out.

Semi-clear pale yellow appearance, fluffy loose white head, decent retention and lacing. Grass, lemon, grapefruit, star fruit notes. Medium body, moderate to high carbonation.

Canned 2021/03/31
Pours a light fizzy 1/2 finger head with med retention, a bit of lacing, semi hazy semi clear pale to golden color
Nose sweet malt, a bit of cake batter and bread dough, grainy pilsner malt, a bit of vanilla, lemongrass, very doughy almost raw doughnut, very light floral hop
Taste brings big pilsner malt, cereal grain, doughy again, raw bread dough with a hint of a lemongrass note, some straw, a fair hop bitterness in the background with floral herbal and spicy notes, I can tell it's going to ramp on the finish, sure enough dry crisp spicy hop bitterness on the finish, quite bitter and spicy
Mouth is med bod, med to a bit lighter carb
Overall nose fell a bit flat, but taste was right there for a nice German pilsner, generally pretty good lager with big hop punch

16oz can poured into a lager glass.
A: Bright sunny golden color with perfect clarity. Three good fingers of rocky white head. Gobs of clumpy lacing cling everywhere.
S: Very floral and green. Big grassy notes, wildflowers, kaffir lime, lemon zest. Gentle bread and grain pilsner malt base.
T: Follows the nose. Floral, big hit of kaffir lime, grassy, mild garden herbs, hint of lemon peel. Green and oily. Solidly hop forward with a firm bitterness. Very clean fermentation. Malt base is token pilsner malt, with some very pleasant graininess and bread. Big oily hop finish with lime-dominant flavors.
M: Light in body. Very clean and crisp. Round malt texture with a light creaminess. Aggressive blast of acutely scrubbing carbonation. Oily hop grittiness grips the tooth enamel.
O: It's basically a pilsner that's been aggressively dry-hopped, in American fashion. It does have that great 'spring' feel to it. Very fresh and green hop profile. It's so clean and well-brewed, too. This is the sort of beer that makes you respect a brewery and pause to appreciate the attention to process and quality. The four pack will not last long in my fridge.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of white grape are present in the nose along with notes of lemongrass.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of floral and spicy hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is easy to drink and has pleasant aromas and flavors from the hops.
Serving type: can

On tap at Zero Gravity Craft Brewery in Burlington, VT.
This one pours a golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grassy hops, white pepper, doughy malt, and some spice.
This is solid - it's clean, with a light but pleasant hop character - slightly spicy, a bit peppery, grassy, with a doughy malt sweetness on the back end.
This is light bodied, with smoothly bitter finish, and a nice drinkability overall.
This is exactly the sort of stuff that Zero Gravity is going to do well.

Labeled a sour which turned out to be a misnomer. The second barkeeper said it was a hopped lager. To me, it's closest to a German Pilsner with a stronger earthiness.
Decent head and a ring of lace. Straw color and clear.
Earthy smell and flavor. Lots of grain, unmalted barley. Perhaps this is closer to a Helles. Some balancing hop bitterness. Appropriate body and carbonation for the pilsner style.
