Pours an amber-gold color with a one-finger head into my glass.
Aroma is full of wheat and not much else that I can detect.
Taste is full of citrus, wheat and coriander. Very nice. A bit more visceral than a standard witbier.
Mouthfeel is full of slight alcohol warmth and lingering wheat/citrus.
Well done. Doesn't overwhelm the palate. A nice local example of a double-white. Certainly not Southampton but the mouthfeel is much better.
