A Sabro-forward beer that also features Azacca, El Dorado, and just a touch of Strata, Tiny Hat is the hazy, juicy, tropical IPA that you dream about. Pilsner malt keeps this beer drinkable and breezy enough on the palate to enjoy a couple rounds and still feel light on your feet.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of coconut are present in the nose along with notes of cantaloupe melon and tangerine citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of mango. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is packed with aromas and flavors of citrus and tropical fruits. It drinks like a sessionable IPA.

Canned 10/14/21. In the cooler , at the beer store.
Hazy yellow, with slight orange tint.
Pretty much the color of the printing on the can. (But not metallic. ;) ) One finger of ivory head, that leaves a 1/8" ring, and a few spots of lacing. Looks like fresh-squeezed lemon+tangerine juice.
Smell is pineapple juice, fresh papaya, and sweet-ish citrus mix. (Blood Orange + candied lemon & lime?) A hint of "fresh" biscuity malt aroma.
Taste is similar to aroma, but less sweet and less concentrated, plus a light resinous element in the background. That combination seems to = "kiwi" , near finish, just briefly. Medium-light bitterness, that is most apparent just before finish.
Feel is medium and initially smooth, followed by moderate, very, very fine , prickly carbonation bite.
Overall, pretty good. First impression was ho-hum - just another NEIPA - but it's growing on me, as I drink more. It's in that pleasant middle ground, abv-wise, which is why I chose it. (There were few such options tonight, & the others were either old-ish, or ones that had already disappointed.) Don't always want an 8+% brew. This does deliver the same flavor and feel, +/-, but at a lower abv. Worth a try, if you're in the mood for such an item.

From a 16 fl. oz. can dated 10/14/2021. Sampled Nov 27, 2021.
The appearance is golden-amber under a long lasting foamy white head and some haze.
The aroma is full of citrus, pineapple, lemon zest, resin, and tropical fruit esters with a lower profile cereal grain malt base.
Medium mouthfeel.
The taste is at first sweet but then the zesty citrus and tropical fruit notes roar in and take over the drinking experience. A creamy lemon zest too. Typical of the style.

Can from Wicked Good Bucha
Hazy lemony yellow with a decent sized frothy off white head that persists. Citrus and resinous pine with bits of earth and light alcohol notes.
