This double IPA features Talus, Simcoe, and Citra hops in the recipe. Zesty, and dynamic it has the bold hop flavor you love, while delicate aromas of orange peel dance on the nose. A subtle malt backbone balances out the flavor profile and allows the hop character to shine. Silky on the palate, this beer drinks surprisingly smooth despite its ABV.

From a 16 fl. oz. can dated 12/08/21. It is smudged though but it is from the first week of December. Sampled Jan 16, 2022.
Not hazy and pulpy like other DNEIPA's but it does have a slightly cloudy, amber-orange appearance under a long lasting cream colored head.
Penetrating aroma of citrus and pine with a healthy dose of grapefruit. Lower profile cereal grain.
Medium mouthfeel.
The flavor is sweet to start and then there is a big piney hop character that takes over. Very typical of the modern IPA style. You either love it or your don't.

Canned on 12/7/21. Opened, enjoyed and reviewed on 1/19/22
Golden color, medium level haze within, smooth, silky white foam top. A hybrid look of classic American DIPA and NE hazy.
Spicy honeydew melon, peppery citrus hops and clean, herbal malt balance in the nose.
Crisp, clean, then smooth feel, Spicy stone fruits, watercress, pine and starfruity hop flavor with a peppery, yet clean Golden malt complexity at mid range.
Very subtle, fruity currents ride throughout with a nice peppery kick, you would never know it was 8.3% abv, except for maybe the leftover fruity sweetness and long reaching malty tones.

On-tap 1/7/2022 at Jillian’s in Somerset, MA, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a short dense white head that fades very slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains caramelized malts, citrus fruit and earthy hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of caramel and citrus. Then a decent grassy hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style. This is a decent beer to drink for a while.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and some lacing on the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime and orange citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lychee, orange citrus and stone fruit along with notes of cream and hints of pine towards the finish. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You would never know that this beer is a Double IPA from drinking it as it hides its alcohol very well from the taste.
Serving type: can

Having had this before and after a Gandhi-Bot, I noticed some similarities, though the back-end bitterness on Such a Night, in my opinion, is less pronounced.

Picked-up a single can at Craft Beer Cellar
In Plymouth for about five dollars. My eighth brew from these guys. Canned on date in December. This is very good.

16 ounce can.
Canned 12/07/21.
Moderate pour yields a 5/4 inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing.
Nose of tropical fruit and citrus.
Taste mirrors nose closely where sweet citrus and tropical fruit flavors abound.
Nice feel, fairly full and rather soft.
Overall, a pretty tasty treat from Zero Gravity.
Hazybois take notice, as this is right up your alley!
Cheers!!

Absolutely delicious new? IPA from Zero Gravity. I get bored with the NE IPAs sometimes, so it takes a big taste to jolt me out of the sames. This one has a big citrus nose wafting out followed by a big candy almost sweet and sour hop hit. Big dry-hop taste, candy orange.

Bought this at recommendation of craft beer store. He said it’s been flying of the shelf. I live in Vermont and have access to numerous fresh top level beers. Zero gravity is good but never a choice. Until now. Home run. Looks hazy pale yellow. A cantaloupe aroma. A taste that will make it a go to. My other go to is Sip o Sunshine. This is every bit as good. Which is high praise in my book.
