First had: on tap at American Flatbread, Burlington, VT
Labeled as a "smoked maple ale." I really liked this one a lot. Poured into a tumbler, a hazed rusty brown, with a fluffy off-white head that left some streaky lacing. Aroma of caramel, maple, smoked wood and a touch of peat. Taste followed the aroma well: sweet caramel malts, bready, smokey, maple goodness, and very mildly hopped. Chewy, medium mouthfeel, with lots of flavor and character. Very good overall, and drinkable enough for me to want more, even with all the other selections available.

Pours a nice mild amber color with a two-finger head into my glass. Looks great for the style.
Aroma is full of smoked maple that dominates the nose, although not by too much.
Taste is a good mix of sweet and smoky maple. It's never overpowering either, just enough there for your taste buds to grasp.
Mouthfeel is full of lingering smokiness and a slight maple hint.
A decent collaboration beer that is highly drinkable.

On cask at flatbread poured into an 8oz alt glass.
Pours a slightly hazy amber/red with a very thin light brown head. Nose is smokey with nice subtle hints of maple syrup, very cool.
Taste is quite malty with a nice smokey undertone, it's got an awesome maple finish that just lingers at the back of your palate. Mouthfeel is light and smooth, really easy drinking.
