The Yaz, eh? Perhaps a reference to the Red Sox great?
Pours a mild blonde color with a one-finger head into my glass. Very nice hue.
Aroma is full of spice, evoking plum and pepper in addition to a slight hint of apple.
Apple makes itself known upfront, followed by a slightly spicy background. Slight hints of pepper and plum linger.
Mouthfeel can only be described as clean with only a slint hint of the flavors that are present.
Very nice, though if I had a gripe, I wish the flavors carried over a bit stronger. Otherwise, well done.

On tap poured into an 8oz alt glass.
Pours a very nice light slightly hazy amber with a nice one finger white head. Nose is light and tart with lots of funk.
Taste is sweet and sharp, tart and a bit bitter. It's got an amazing super full creamy rich mouthfeel. Very light and refreshing.
