Pours a nice golden-yellow color with a one-finger head into my glass. Really nice looking ale.
Aroma is full of cherry, grape and apple notes from the yeast. Nice touch for the nose.
Taste is lightly sour with a grainy texture followed by slight apple and grape notes. Very light and nearly crisp.
Mouthfeel is full of the lingering remnants of apple and grape. Leaves almost nothing behind.
A well-done single that is as full-flavored as its darker sibling. Perfect for this late-summer day.

A = light yellow, bright, smallish head served into a wine glass/small goblet.
S = Crisp, bright, very summery, some of the brett is present, earthy farmhouse style
T = Brett hits you almost immediately. Its really a fresh funky taste. It finishes with a sweet Belgian quality to it. But is this really part of the yeast or the malts that they used. I wonder if they only used brett
M = too thin for the style but decent
D = way drinkable, fairly low alcohol and great for summer
