Pre release, on tap poured into a wine glass.
Pours a nice clear golden color with a small thin white head. Nose is sweet and fruity - lavender, lemon, wild flowers and candy sugar.
Taste is very nice but not your regular tripel, it's got honey, fruit, a bit of light yeastiness. There's some more of that light citrus from the nose. Mouthfeel is full and creamy with a sharp smooth. Very crisp with a dry finish. Excellent beer.
