Not quite a pumpkin ale (spiced squash) but close enough in style to one.
Pours a mild reddish-orange color with a thin head into my glass. Nice color that is season-appropriate.
Aroma is nice and spicy with pumpkin pie essence bursting in the nose. It's not in-your-face though.
Taste is full of sweet, spicy malt that warms the throat. Once again, it's subtle and delicious.
Mouthfeel is full of lingering spice and not much else. Clean and again, just right for sweetness.
I enjoy this take on a seasonal staple. Easy to drink and just right.
