On cask dry hopped with Columbus hops poured into an 8oz glass. This is a colaboration with Steve Palmer, and is called an "Imperial India Red Ale".
Pours a slighty hazy ruddy red color with a small light yellow bubbly head. Nose is malty with a bit of a roasted note.
Thy roasted aroma passes on to the flavor quite strongly. It's far from over powering but it's there. Hops balance it out nicely for a pretty solid overall package!
