On tap at American Flatbread on 6/11/11.
A - Clear golden/light amber liquid with a slim off-white head that reduced to patchy swirls of retention and minimal lace.
S - Light and crisp aroma with floral hop notes, sweet bready malt and hints of lemon and grape.
T - Bready and toasty malt character with light hops, the latter of which impart mild floral and perfumy attributes. Finishes with light citrus notes and a dose of grassy hop bitterness.
M - Medium bodied with a syrupy texture and moderate carbonation. Crisp, clean finish with residual sweetness and minimal hop bitterness on the palate.
D - Easy quaffer with a well-balanced flavor and good representation of the style. There's plenty of flavor here for a low ABV brew too.

This beer pours a mild golden color with a thin head into my glass.
Sweet and grainy malt greet the nose as they should. Nothing unusual here.
The taste is crisp, sweet and grainy with just a kiss of hops.
Lingering hops and grainy malt make up the mouthfeel here. Clean.
Highly quaffable on a hot day like this. Better than your grandfathers beer.
