Note: Lavender ginger pale ale w/th warrior hops. Dry-hopped with Warrior and served in a cask.
Pours a mild amber color with a frothy white head into my glass.
Lavender and just a hint of ginger greet the nose. The aromas tread lightly.
Unconventional flavors with a strong, flowery essence followed by a sporadic ginger essence. The warrior hops are hardly there.
Lingering flowery notes with more of an emphasis on lavender.
This ale confused my taste buds to no end and for a good reason. It is what makes ZG a hell of a brewery.
