A new release at Natty Greene's brewpub in G-boro.
Poured a cloudy dull golden in color. Filled to the rim of the pint glass, there was little room for any head. Aromas are grainy, with some lemon around as well. Same for the flavor. A gritty, wheatish flavor, with some acidic lemon notes. Finishes dry and metallic/acidic. Thin mouthfeel but not too bad drinkability. I'll stick with Natty's pale ale.

A Bavarian Hefe Weizen for a autumn seasonal?Hmm quite odd, anyways this brew pours a hazy lemon with a light fluffy head I picked up some clove in the aroma as well as a light smokiness but not to much fruitiness.Flavors of bubblegum and lemon mainly on the palate pretty light at that but not much there a light toasted grain aftertaste.A real subdued beer for the style an easy quaffer but not much substance to it wont order again probably.
