L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a dark amber color and a slightly cloudy texture. There was a huge, fluffy, long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: An above average aroma of hops, malt, and some fruit.
T: Tasted of a good amount of hops, some grapefruit, a little caramel, and a shot of malt in the finish. Much hoppier than most English IPAs, but it's not unwelcome. A pretty good flavor, but not exceptional.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a somewhat slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Elm Street is a decent enough beer, but not a total standout. Nonetheless, worth a look for a different take on the style.
