Stopped in for $2 pints on Thirsty Thursday. This beer had an odd look to it. Came out a pale gold. Crystal clear with a thin white sheet of froth on the top. This really looked like a pale lager. I expected a bit more ruby hue, but not a huge deal I guess. Basic aroma - grains, floral hops, biscuits.
Good clean feel. Really easy to drink this one. Simple flavors. Mild bitterness, some sweet pale fruit quality, buttered biscuits, bready finish. This was a simple beer. If not anything else, this would make a great offering for the masses. Probably not one I'd get again with so many other good choices here, but it was simple and refreshing.

Poured into a standard pint a clear bronze color with a thinner wispy head atop.Light aromas of toasty malt with a hint of caramel, lightly sweet caramel flavors hit up front with some drying toastiness,a touch of herb in the finish. Not a bad Vienna lager but not true to form with a light hop presence, still its decent.

Orange/gold color with a thin, well retained head and a tiny bit of lacing.
Smell is weak malt; very nice to have a distinct aroma with this style.
Taste is to style, but a bit weaker than I would like.
Mouthfeel is light and carbonated, pretty crisp.
It's an Octoberfest, so...prost ;] This one is a great rival for Sam Adam's Octoberfest, which is my go-to. I'll definitely drink more of this while it's around.

Pours a very clear orange/very light brown, an appropriate "autumn" color as the name states. Minimal head and you can see the carbonation bubbling in the glass.
The smell comes as advertised, "malty and sweet" however it's a bit on the faint side with minimal traces of spices.
The taste is sweet, mild, and simple with the flavors of a good Oktoberfest, however a bit too watered down keeping it from reaching the level of being outstanding.
The mouthfeel is smooth, clean, and fairly balanced but again a bit diluted.
It's smoothness makes this drinkable and I will enjoy the remainder of the growler. Not Natty Greene's best, but all-in-all a good seasonal brew.
