Came in a standard pint glass a dull lighter straw color with a thin white head atop, aromas were of toasted malt with light sweetness,a leafy hop presence is there as well.Pleasant flavors, toasted cereal grain, light honey-like sweetness, with a decent herbal smack of hop in a crisp finish. Not quite as sharp as a northern German pils should be but its nice and quaffable.

Had this on tap at the brewpub on 6/5/10. Came out a crystal clear, pale gold with a small white head on top. No lace at all. Scent of lemon zest, grassy notes, and a bit of noble hop smack on the back end.
The mouth was crisp and very refreshing. Flavors mirrored the feel as this was a nice clean, crisp beer that hit the spot. Some tart citrus, mild bitterness, and toasted crackers. Very good. Plenty quaffable. Very refreshing. I could drink this any day of the summer.

Served from tap into a standard pint. Poured a pale yellow with a one-finger white head that subsides to a minimal amount. There was no lacing evident throughout. The aroma was comprised of only nutmeg. The flavor was nutty with notes of malt. It was light on the palate with low carbonation. Overall this was not a bad brew. It could use less of the nutty/nutmeg flavoring and add in some additional flavors to be really enjoyable. However it is not bad for its style.
