On-tap at the brewpub served in a standard pint glass a slightly murky dark amber with a thin khaki head. Aroma is mild dried fruits and Earthy hops. The taste is a nice amount of sweet fruits in front OS sweet malts and mild hops. The beer is light, crisp and refreshing with decent carbonation. This is certainly an interesting Belgian style brew.

This one is listed as a Belgian amber... I picked the closest style I could. Poured a dark amber color with an inch of fluffy white head. Retention was ok but nothing spectacular.

The nose is dominated by the Belgian yeast strain... lots of spice. The taste follows through with classic Belgian yeasty character combined with a malt backbone with caramel notes.

This is a nice easy drinking beer. You get your Belgian flavors without such an alcoholic wallop.
