A: Hazy straw color. Poured a thin white head with fair retention to floating clumps. Lightly decanted. Thin inconsistent lacing.
S: Hay, grass and biscuity malt. Some alcohol.
T: Semi-sweet bisuity malt leads-off followed by a long, dry bitter. Some warming alcohol; got more prominent as it warmed.
M: Light-to-medium body. Moderate carbonation. Warm and dry.
D: Big beers in lighter styles don't do a whole lot for me, but this beer had a big pilsener malt flavor and noble malt spice.
