Appearance: light orange in color with a 1" head that breaks apart quickly.
Smell: a bit of caramel and coriander comes through to the nose here.
Taste: caramel, corinader, a hint of clove, some orange, and a mild bitterness are the main components here. A bit unbalanced, and the wit beer / IPA combo was unique but it was not an IPA at all.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, less crisp and a touch dry at the finish.
Overall: a very different beer, but not sure if it really works. I didn't find enough hop bitterness to move it towards the IPA category, as the witbier flavors seemed to come through a bit more.
