Appearance: Arrives with a clear amber color and an impressive head; nice stickage and a shower curtain of lace
Smell: Bready and fruity, with earthy and slightly piney hops
Taste: After the malts set a bready base, the hops add a fruity, earthy and slightly piney element; after the swallow, the hops add more earthy and piney bitterness, leading to a complex finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: With nine hop varieties in use you would expect an interesting result, and this beer provides it, bringing both English and American elements (I have no idea what hops were used but wouldn't be surprised if a combination from both sides of the Atlantic are in use here)
