Appearance: A yellow-hued body, good clarity, underneath a bubbly, white head.
Smell: Aroma of wheat malt, fresh grains, and bitty notes of citrus and spice.
Taste: A taste of malted wheat with a backing of raw grain. Modestly sweet. A light touch of lemon, some slight herbal tones, and a low spiciness. Lightly bitter. Also a hint of grain astringency. Drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: A decent, mediocre hefe.

This was the one I had really come there for to be honest.
This one poured out a rich, hazy golden yellow with a nice touch of white foam on the top that settled out very lightly and left a touch of lace on the side. Lots of carbonation coming though on the pour. Nice light notes of banana and clove, some other light fruits and a touch of grain on the nose. Very smooth light body here on this one. Great flavor here of banana and almost heather like grains. Lots of yeast flowing through here with a very rich feel. Awesome beer for a hot day, this was crisp clean and refreshing.
THis was easily my favorite so far. Really a great tasting light german wheat beer. I could have had this one over and over today. It was just that damn good. I have to say this one was the trip up ther, a very solid beer.
