Listed as Roktoberfest at the brewery and on their Twitter/FB pages. I'd submit an update, but, sadly, that usually seems to go nowhere on this site.

Appearance: Darkened amber body with a slightly off-white head yielding a few scattered flecks of lacing.

Smell: Bready, delicately toasted maltiness with a little sniff caramel, orchard fruit, and spice.

Taste: Bready maltiness with a light, sweet taste of toasted, caramel-dipped grains. Minute nuttiness throughout. Fruity hint of crunchy apples. Earthy, spicy hops, lightly bitter. Finishes fairly dry, reasonably crisp, and with a lingering maltiness.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.

Drinkability: Good level of flavor and overall drinkability. Sure, it may be an ale, but it still maintains the spirit of the style.

Another gem from our friend's way out to the west, I was thrilled to be able to try a few more from them. This seasonal was new to me and I have to say it held its own. Nice pour with a could orange and amber color and a smooth, clean white head of lacing that really seemed to do the job quite well.

Aroma is light, lots of caramel and bready malts that are covered in a thin mask of sugar. Hints of light bittering throughout and a touch of spice fill the air. Very light feels here with lots of carbonation, it really does not let the flavor really jump out at you as much as I would like. Dark sugars, caramel malts and lots of grain are really the main factors here. Thin finish with a little pop of grass at the end made it very drinkable.

Overall not bad, it was not a show stopped but I would not mind it again.
