$ 3.00 (Including tax)/16 oz can ($ 0.188/oz) from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. Reviewed 2/27/19.
“9.20.1X” stamped on bottom of the can. In reefer at distributor. Stored at 42 degrees and served at 42 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 4.
Body – Orange, hazy. When held to the light, it becomes translucent.
Head – Large (Maximum 6.5 cm, aggressive center pour), off-white, medium density, good retention, slooowly diminishing to a two to seven mm ring with drag and a heaped partial layer, with head retraction leaving behind thick lace curtains.
Lacing – Good. Thick complete rings of tiny bubbles.
First pour – Yellow, hazy.
Aroma – 3.75 – Citrus and resin, fairly weak. As it warms, malt becomes apparent.
Flavor – 3 – Malty and slightly bitter. No alcohol (8.29% ABV), no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 – Medium, almost creamy, soft carbonation.
Impression and interpretation – 3 – The appearance is the best part of this IIPA. The flavor is slightly bitter malt. I was hoping for more bitterness and resin from the Warrior hops.

Seriously, how could not of more people have had this beer, they have sold it at PPG Paints arena for two years! It was my go to beer at hockey games for that time, I would have two and I would be feeling it.

Good brew. Nice appearance, but not a lot of retention. Aromatic, but a bit weak. Definitely not overwhelming. Nice mouth feel. Great taste. A good DIPA, a bit weak though and not as strong as others

On tap at the Crane Room. I'm not an IPA guy, but this is the smoothest I've had. Just enough hop up front with a smooth semi - sweet finish.

May have got to this one a little bit late, or may well just be a muted beer. The hop profile was faint & unimpactul, but what's there is more along the line of the resinous, "sticky" variety. Some pine & golden malt underneath as well. By no means bad, just wish some of the flavors were a little more insistent.

Got a growler for a Christmas gift. This was a nice cloudy yellow with a thick creamy head and great lacing. A smooth feel, very enjoyable to drink. The smell is piney and a bit floral. Taste was suitably bitter with a little sweetness. Nice piney taste. It help to make a very Merry Christmas.
