"BELGIAN NIGHTMARE
Originally designed to be a Trippel, this Ale is very malty and fruity. It became a problem child for the brewer in more ways than one. Fortunately things turned out for the best, but beware; if you drink too much it may put you to sleep and give you terrible nightmares. Alcohol content is 9.3% so TWO PINT LIMIT…6.00"

Poured from a growler into a sample glass at a tasting at Sharp Edge Creekhouse.
Appearance: Mostly clear golden, medium white head.
Smell: Nice brown sugar aroma tainted a bit with an alcohol presence.
Taste: Very sweet and yeasty...mild yeast spice.
Mouthfeel: Full body with OK carbonation....possibly due to the growler pour.
Drinkability: Complex, but still drinkable.

This Tripel is served in a 10 oz. mug. It is a darker almost purple color in apearance. The smell is very inviting almost fruity, very robust as you lift the mug for the first sip. Full flavored, awesome mouthfeel and very smooth drinkability. And a fantastic, lingering aftertaste
