"The brewer used 7 hops for this high gravity beer. If youre a hop-head you will enjoy it. Theres a limited amount because were holding some back to age in the cellar for a while."
Pours a hazy orange with a smallish off white head.
Aroma is sweet honey and hops, both citrusy and piney, very aromatic.
Taste is really good. Fresh and full of hoppiness along with a nice malty sweetness. The honey-like maltiness lays in the background, this is definitely a hop dominated beer. Actually has a rather notable apricot flavor. Very tasty!
Mouthfeel is medium in body and a little slcik, but actually really drinkable.
Damn good, definitely one of my favorite NCBC offerings.
