Pours a dark brown color with a slight off white head. The aroma is of smokiness and some roasted caramel malt. The overall taste is an overpowering smoked meat taste. I couldn't really taste any of the caramel note due to the over powering smoke taste. The mouthfeel was smooth and easy, very light carbonation. The overall drinkability is below average the smokiness throws off my total preception.

Named after the owners new grandchild, this brew came to the table a deep dark brown with some ruby tint a thinner off white head atop.Light lingering smoke in the nose along with some roastiness and coffee with light unsweetened chocolate that is faint.A great mix of charred smokiness and bitter chocolate and dark roast coffee neither is to heavy handed and both lend themselves well to the other. One of many great brews I had on two trips there over last weekend.
