Our wheat base kettle soured and brewed with brown sugar, lactose (milk sugar), cinnamon, vanilla, over 100 pounds of graham crackers and 500 pounds of blueberries.

16ozv an from North Country. Violet pour, flat. Berries on the aroma, fruity, light vanilla. Taste is fruity, berries, cobbler crust. Very little tartness.

Hazy fluorescent magenta with a short yet creamy pinkish-white blanket that dies quickly to a thin ring.
Crisp, tingly and lightly tart, the medium body tastes like blueberry-blackberry Kool-Aid with some herbal and toasty notes in the background. After a few more sips, it comes on like a perfumey potpourri, not pairing well with food.
