On tap this evening at Little Brown Barrel, Minersville Pa.
Looks decent in the glass. Dark reddish body, small off white head. Does leave a little lacing.
Strong sweet malty aroma.
On tasting, rich and malty, abv certainly felt. Quite sweet. Strong taste.
Mouth close to full, finish sweet, with a very faint metallic note.
Overall, tasty beer, always good to find a doppelbock on tap, 8abv has to be respected.
