"A traditional Gose brewed with sea salt and coriander and kettle soured with lactobacillus. Conditioned atop melon puree. This beer is very citrusy with extreme tartness and aromas of a cantaloupe and honeydew."
I'm actually kind of blown away by this beer it just doesn't taste like honeydew and cantaloupe it blends perfectly with the base beer to add a very unexpected flavor of complexity. Light and fruity yet not overbearingly sour I could see myself finishing a few in a sitting. Recommended!
