Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw, hazy, head is big, presents 2 inches thick, then dissipates to thick frothy top of about 1/2 inch with a lot of frothiness and lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is estery, light bubblegum, hint of clove, then some light malt and wheat.
Taste is similar with more sweetness and light notable honey character: esters and light bubblegum, clove, wheat and bready malt, some biscuit, toast, honey sweetness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, drying finish balanced by the sweetness, some bitterness lingering.
Overall a lightly sweeter hefe styled beer with a pronounced honey character, lighter esters from hefe yeast.

A - A bit too much foam full two inches but it could be the addition of honey sugars causing this. Color is a rather hazy yellow color.
S - Smells a bit lager like a bit of sulfur but a do get some wheat and some sweet notes.
T - A bit hoppier than I expect wheat is there a bit of sweetness that could be honey and more of a dry finish which could also be the honey.
M - Quite bubbly and crisp. Easy to drink again kind of lager like.
Overall I don't hate it but I don't love it could definitely use more sweetness.

L: Ludacrisly foamy and smooth. Pours golden with exceptional lacing.
S: Light wheat ale with a touch of sweetness
T: Let's just say that Blue Moon Honey Wheat doesn't hold a candle to this, in fact, it's a joke in comparison.
F: Incredibly smooth and the finish is pure bliss.
O: Excellence. Craft beer excellence.
