L: Pours reddish yellow. Lively and glossy.
S: Quite potent. Fruity strawberry. Tangy.
T: Very nice. Strawberry and vanilla over wheat, lactose, and fresh tasting hops.
F: It's not overpoweringly bitter or sour. Finishes like a strawberry shortcake.
O: This is my first time enjoying a lactose beer (not to be confused with lactobacillus, which is also present). It's amazing. I can't wait to share it.
