North Country Brewing

Pours black with a nice tan head which dissipates quickly with a little lacing. Smells like black malt and grassy herbal hops. Taste is similarly black malt, balanced with some hops. The black malt character is really distinct and that's the main note here. Light bodied and smooth. Very drinkable. It's not particularly complex, but this is a style I really like and this is a fine session-able example of it.
