Pours a dull gold with a small head. Smell is juicy sweet with fruit notes. Apples. Taste is very sweet. Malty with a big sugary hit in the middle. Again lots of fruit notes add some complexity. Finishes smooth, any dryness form the alcohol is overwhelmed by residual sweetness. Mouthfeel is full bodied and maybe a little syrupy. Very drinkable for the alcohol content- it's hidden very well. Although some may find the sweetness a bit cloying. Very good and a unique take on a tripel.
