A robust English-style Imperial Brown Ale brewed and conditioned on chocolate, cinnamon, and house grown habaneros. A tribute to the canine legend, Carl, who's truly 'bad to the bone', this beer embodies his spirit with every sip, making it the perfect beer to enjoy with your four-legged pal.

Tap pour at the brewpub. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Black colored body. Light tan colored head, and this sticks around as an interrupted cap. Leaves behind spots and irregular strings of lacing.
Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate, and a bit of vegetal chiles.
Taste is dark roasted malts, kind of sweet and with a simmering low chile burn. Flavors of chocolate, cinnamon, and the habanero chile. Aftertaste extends with main flavors.
More than medium mouthfeel. Slight stickiness. Good balance of sweet and bitter. Chile burn lingers throughout but is not excessive. Good carbonation.
Must like cinnamon and enjoy a chile burn to like this brew.
