Pure amber, clear, and busily carbonated. Wit Fire sports a doughy, bready aroma and the unexpectedly sweet taste of honey-water. The flavor advances towards hop bitterness but finishes sweet again in the tail. The interplay between fluid sweetness and dry, punctual bittering is engaging. An excellent example of an American wheat beer.
