Smell: Coffee, a little chocolate, sweet wood, and a pinch of smoke
Taste: Slightly burnt caramel and toffee. The sweetness of the malts stand out over top of a background of roast flavors. A hint of oak, but not overpowering. Fairly thin mouthfeel and low carbonation. Finish is sweet, roasted coffee, and caramelized sugar.
Notes: A perfectly decent craft brewed stout.
