Sampled 5/8/2010.
Pours very clear and light yellow with a decent amount of white foam that doesn't last at all and doesn't lace the glass.
Aroma is grainy and corn like. No "enjoyable floral" anything like the description on the menu promises.
Flavor is too bitter for the style and again grainy, like they used American malt instead of pilsner malt. Also, I'm not convinced that they used any sort of pilsner yeast either. Meh.
Light crisp body and drinkable, but why when the flavor is no good?
