Sampled at the brew pub 5/8/2010. I'm almost embarrassed to say that this was one of the better beers offered at the pub.

Looks about right for an American wheat beer. Hazy, yellow, hints of light brown, white head, some lace, and surprisinly low retention (possibly glassware to blame).

Aroma is of honey, honey, sour wheat, a bit of that damned orange slice that I removed as quickly as possible, and more honey.

Flavor is of honey and citrus along with the standard sourish wheat beer. Low alcohol and honey flavor helps this one. Low bitterness, almost non existent, could be the citrus that is responsible for that bitterness.

Body is slightly heavier than light and the beer is drinkable and even enjoyable.
