Sampled at the brew pub 5/8/2010. This is supposed to be a Mexican lager.
Easily identified by the slice of lime on the glass, at least it isn't a lemon. Clear yellow with a fine white smallish head that leaves a bit of lace.
Aroma is unfortunately of lime but also of grass, grain, and a little sulphur.
Flavor is crisp and moderately bitter (for the style). There is that grain flavor again, what the hell? All their beers have that. Some residual lime flavor as well. After tasting without the lime I added the lime back in and it got better.
Body is very light. This beer is drinkable and I suppose if you can't get a good imported Mexican beer then go for this one.
