Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Look - hazy golden color, murky, with about two fingers of grayish white colored foam that dissipates somewhat slowly.
Smell - typical wheat smell, but is somewhat subdued by the corriander, which in and of itself isn't very overpowering.
Taste and Mouthfeel - also a typical wheat-like taste, but again the corriander comes into play and balances it out quite nicely, giving it an edge of spiciness. Texture is very nicely balanced.
Overall - not a bad blend of a wheat beer with some local spices and herbs. Interesting to taste.
