Montbéliarde boasts aromas of honey, candied fruit, and a caramel nose. Its rounded character unfolds its tender intensity beneath a vanilla-colored foam.

Copenhagen 25/10 2019. 75 cl bottle from Køge Vinhandel, Brogade, Køge. Very rural label with a cow contemplating its destiny.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a small white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving what looks like Apple Juice behind. No Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fairly sweet and malty and with some cooked vegetables thrown into the mix. Caramel, sweet pale malts, sugar, grains, bread. Cooked Carrots and Leeks. Presence of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture. A little bit sticky.
Flavor is heavy sweet followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and malty. Lingers for a while. Light alcoholic burn.
Heavy malty, lightly boozy and a tad too sweet. Could do without the cooked vegetables.
