This golden-hued IPA offers a veritable festival of aromatic hops! Its nose reveals intense and complex flavors of mango, coconut, ripe apricots, and heady flowers. The skillful bitterness of this very hoppy beer gently unfolds its charms on the palate before exploding on the finish, lasting for a long time. Bitter and fruity, it is perfectly balanced thanks to the roundness provided by its malts. The essential ally for spicy dishes!

Copenhagen 10/11 2019. 75 cl bottle from Køge Vinhandel, Brogade, Køge. Very yellow label with an Elephant head and some Hop Flowers.
Pours unclear amber with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, fairly malty and with some citric fruits rummaging in the background. Caramel, sweet malts, grains. Fermented sweet fruit. Fairly strong odor of Citrus fruit. Light notes of glue.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by a even stronger, slightly harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Quite malty version of a IPA but not without it's own harsh and bitter charm.
