Copenhagen 18/6 2017. 33 cl bottle from Refsvindinge Brewery. Golden label with drawing of old farm house. The Brewery, I presume.
Pours clear pale yellow with big bubbly white head. Settles as small patch of foam and a thin rim along side the side of the glass.
Aroma is malty sweet. Hay, refrigerator fumes and a sour grassy odor. Light metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by medium bitterness with a sour twist.
Not an immediate favorite but tolerable on a hot day in June.
